Opportunity description

The subject matter of the procedure is - the general planning for construction lot 1 with building sections 1.1 and 1.2, including open-space planning, as well as - the procurement of reuse and expansion concepts for the administrative building (building sections 2.1 and 2.2, including open-space planning), which will subsequently form the basis for negotiations on the award of the concept planning contract. The ÖGK plans to temporarily relocate the Wienerbergstraße 13 Health Center (construction lot 1) to alternative premises by approximately 2029 and then dismantle the existing building. From 2030, in parallel with the subway construction, a cooperation partner is to construct a new building for the ÖGK with an integrated U2 station and underground parking garage. This building complex is intended to synergistically combine the health center, customer service center, and administrative offices; commissioning is expected in 2034. Wienerbergstraße 15-19 (construction lot 2) is subsequently to be utilized within the sphere of responsibility of a cooperation partner; preferably, the property will remain owned by the ÖGK.
