Project: ÖBB-Technische Services GmbH, SVS Linz Raimundstraße, 4020 Linz, Raimundstraße 50, line 102 01 Wagram junction (in Wat) – Salzburg Central Station (in Sb), km 185.394–186.250, TGA Electrical 50HZ for the SVS Linz Raimundstraße project. Brief description: A new maintenance infrastructure is to be created for ÖBB's existing and new fleet of local transport railcars in the Upper Austria/Salzburg region for the maintenance of local electric multiple units. The maintenance infrastructure will be built on the site of the former heating house at the corner of Raimundstraße/Heizhausstraße in Linz on line 101.02. The following work is required for this purpose: Construction of a new power supply (10KV medium-voltage system with transformers) Construction of a low-voltage main distribution system Construction of the complete electrical installation for the indoor and outdoor facilities, consisting of cable support systems, lighting and emergency lighting systems, construction of the work and machine power circuits Construction of the network infrastructure Construction of track-field lighting Construction of the lightning protection and equipotential bonding systems indoors and outdoors Start of construction: 09 March 2026 End of construction: 12 December 2027 Procedure: neg-w-call.
