Project: ÖBB-Technische Services GmbH, SVS Linz Raimundstraße, 4020 Linz, Raimundstraße 50, line 102 01 Wagram Junction (in Wat) – Salzburg Central Station (in Sb), km 185.394 – 186.250 Brief description: A new maintenance infrastructure is to be created for ÖBB's existing and new fleet of local passenger multiple units in the Upper Austria/Salzburg area for the maintenance of local passenger electric multiple units. The maintenance infrastructure will be constructed on the site of the former locomotive depot at the corner of Raimundstraße/Heizhausstraße in Linz on line 101.02. The following sheet-metal and supplementary work is required to construct the roof and façade envelope: Roof cladding (main hall shed, office building, switching post, waste enclosures, bicycle racks, shed roof glazing and smoke and heat exhaust system) Façade incl. windows and gate surrounds Start of work: 6 April 2026 (detailed façade planning) Start of construction: 31 August 2026 End of construction: 26 March 2027 Procedure: neg-w-call.
