The Municipality of Hermagor-Pressegger See (hereinafter also the “contracting authority”, “AG” or “lessor”) intends to award a long-term lease agreement for properties at Lake Pressegger See. The objective of the present procedure is therefore the conclusion of a lease agreement for the properties described in the tender documents between the lessor, on the one hand, and the bidder ranked highest in the procedure, on the other hand (hereinafter “lease agreement”). The properties covered by the lease agreement are to be leased to a lessee who will implement an attractive flagship tourism project on the properties (in particular, the operation of a tourist accommodation establishment including catering and a bathhouse).
