Opportunity description
The planned new acquisition is a Next Generation high-throughput sequencing device for human genome sequencing (“sequencing device”). Such a device is required to ensure modern diagnostics of hereditary diseases in Ti-rol and Austria, to take account of the increasing requirements in the research of rare hereditary diseases, and to enable participation in national and international research projects, for example in the field of human genome research. The sequencing device should be able to perform short-read genome analyses with a read length of approximately 70 to 150 nucleotides in a short time and with high sample throughput. A capacity of around 4,000 samples per year is being sought. Procedure: neg-w-call. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
