AUTHORIZED CALL-OFF PARTIES AND LICENSING: Group of authorized parties: WIENER STADTWERKE Group and Wien Holding Group. All call-offs from the framework agreement for the benefit of the WIENER STADTWERKE Group shall be made exclusively by WienIT GmbH. All call-offs from the framework agreement for the benefit of the Wien Holding Group shall be made exclusively by Wien Holding GmbH. Group of authorized parties: WIENER STADTWERKE Group. All call-offs from the framework agreement for the benefit of the WIENER STADTWERKE Group shall be made exclusively by WienIT GmbH. The licenses obtained by WienIT GmbH on the basis of the framework agreement shall be made available to the employees of WIENER STADTWERKE GmbH and all companies affiliated with it pursuant to Section 189a(8) UGB (hereinafter referred to as "Group companies"). These include, in particular, WIEN ENERGIE GmbH, WIENER NETZE GmbH, WIENER LINIEN GmbH & Co KG, B&F Wien – Bestattung und Friedhöfe GmbH, WIPARK Garagen GmbH, Wiener Lokalbahnen GmbH, WienIT GmbH, GWSG – Gemeinnützige Wohnungs- und Siedlungsgesellschaft der Wiener Stadtwerke, immOH! Energie und Gebäudemanagement GmbH. WienIT GmbH shall remain the sole obligated party under the individual agreements concluded by it on the basis of the framework agreement. Group of authorized parties: Wien Holding Group. All call-offs from the framework agreement for the benefit of the Wien Holding Group shall be made exclusively by Wien Holding GmbH. The licenses obtained by Wien Holding GmbH on the basis of the framework agreement shall be made available to the employees of Wien Holding GmbH and all companies affiliated with Wien Holding GmbH pursuant to Section 189a(8) UGB (hereinafter referred to as "Group companies"). Wien Holding GmbH shall remain the sole obligated party under the individual agreements concluded by it on the basis of the framework agreement.
