The framework agreements for the performance of electrical installation work and the associated construction and dismantling work in regionally delimited rural as well as urban-structured areas—network regions (NR) and their subregions (SubR)—are being put out to tender. All lots are located in the supply area of Elektrorazpredelenie Yug EAD in Bulgaria. The work to be carried out consists of • Construction, maintenance and repair of overhead lines for low voltage and medium voltage • Construction of trenches with associated pits • Laying of power cable lines, including associated materials • Excavation and reinstatement work for connecting the lines into buildings, boxes or switch cabinets, including securing lines and cables at the endpoints • Creation of wall chases and niches, as well as placement of prefabricated foundations for cabinets and boxes • Breaking up and reinstatement of paved surfaces • Construction of load-bearing layers An essential part of the service provision is the fault and breakdown service with the associated on-call duty, which must be ensured around the clock throughout the entire year. Due to the importance of the supply utilities and potential hazards arising in the event of breakdowns, immediate rectification as an initial measure is indispensable. The purpose of this public procurement is to conclude framework agreements for the performance of electrical installation activities, as well as related construction activities (including excavation, reinstatement and dismantling activities), in the licensed territory of Elektrorazpredelenie Yug EAD—in the regionally separated Network Regions (NR) and their subregions (SubR). The work to be carried out is: • Construction, maintenance and restoration to proper working condition of overhead lines for low voltage and medium voltage; • Excavation of channels with the associated excavations; • Laying of power cables, including associated materials; • Excavation and reinstatement work for connecting lines in buildings, panels or switching cabinets, together with securing conductors and cables at the endpoints • Creation of openings in walls and niches, as well as relocation of foundations made of prefabricated elements for cabinets and panels • Breaking up and reinstatement of reinforced surfaces • Creation of load-bearing layers An essential part of the service performed is work in the event of faults and emergencies and the associated home standby duty, which must be provided around the clock throughout the entire year. Due to the importance of the electricity supply and the potential hazards arising during emergencies, their immediate rectification as an initial measure is imperative.
