Belgium – Architectural and related services – Dison - Urban revitalization – Resumption of assignment - Appointment of a team of project designers for a partial assignment

Opportunity description

The Municipality of Dison intends to redevelop several plots constituting an area of approximately 6050 m² formerly occupied by economic activities and located in the heart of the Town. It wishes to develop a high-quality public space there, providing a pedestrian and cycling connection with the upper part of the Town. This project will provide the town center and, more particularly, Rue Albert Premier with an open space towards the hillsides. PARTIAL ASSIGNMENT The contract consists of appointing a team of project designers responsible for an urban planning assignment as part of the finalization of an already completed study for a new public space in DISON and the supervision of the works related to the creation of this space. This assignment includes the demolition and remediation of the buildings and garages present on the site and the integration of the remediation project (a copy is available in the annex), necessary for the development of the new spaces. The project consists of the development of a landscaped park that will include car and bicycle parking and an urban elevator providing a connection between the lower and upper parts of the Town. The park will offer a high-quality space for local residents; it will provide walking areas, play areas, sports areas, a pétanque court, ... a high-quality outdoor space for everyone. The site is covered by several subsidy programs that will enable its complete development. More specifically, design work is not expected for this assignment, as a project at the permit stage already exists. The assignment consists of resuming the assignment at the project stage and preparing the works contract documents, taking into account the requirements of the permit currently under review. In order to be able to continue its project, the Municipality is required to relaunch its service contract because the amounts provided for in the original contract have been reached. Mandatory visit: On pain of its tender being null and void, the tenderer is required to visit the site on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at 14:00.
