Opportunity description

The purpose of the contract is to appoint a project designer for the complete architectural, structural stability, special techniques, … assignment as part of the development of a project for the construction of a sports centre and the development of the surrounding area, divided into 3 phases: ATTENTION: A planning permit has already been granted and will serve as the basis for the project (Annex D) 1) PHASE 1 - Submission and management of a preliminary project file as specified in the “INFRASPORTS” decree of 03 December 2020 concerning subsidies granted for certain investments in sports infrastructure (Annex C) 2) PHASE 2 – Submission and management of a project file as specified in the “INFRASPORTS” decree of 03 December 2020 concerning subsidies granted for certain investments in sports infrastructure (Annex C) 3) PHASE 3 - If the project is selected by the Government, continuation of the complete assignment relating to an execution and assistance file based on permit no. F0412/52074/UFD2/2024/1/PIC/2398452 granted on 21 May 2025. Continuation of phase 3 is conditional upon obtaining the subsidy and the explicit decision of the Contracting Authority to proceed with the project. Procedure: open.
