The hospital wishes to implement an automated system for dispensing and collecting work clothing for employees.The system must contribute to efficient logistical operations, optimal availability of clothing, a reduction in manual handling and full traceability of clothing flows. The contract includes the delivery, installation, configuration, commissioning, training and maintenance of: - An automated clothing dispensing machine; - An automated clothing collection machine; - The associated software for management, reporting and integration with existing identification systems. The system must ensure that authorized employees have access to the work clothing assigned to them 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, while used clothing is collected in a controlled and traceable manner. The solution must contribute to: - Permanent availability of work clothing; - A reduction in stock losses; - Optimization of the clothing inventory; - A reduction in the logistical workload; - Improved hygiene and infection prevention; - Full traceability of dispensing and return flows; - Correct allocation of clothing to employees.
