Flanders Make vzw is the strategic research centre for the manufacturing industry in Flanders, whose mission is to strengthen the competitiveness of companies through innovative technological developments. Flanders Make supports companies in the digitalisation, automation and sustainability of production processes and products, with a focus on smart and connected machines, vehicles and production systems. Through collaboration with industrial and academic partners, Flanders Make conducts groundbreaking research and translates it into practical applications that help companies produce more efficiently, flexibly and sustainably. In this way, FM contributes to the growth and international competitiveness of the Flemish manufacturing industry. The present contract concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement with a service provider for providing a strategy consultant. The role of the strategy consultant is to advise the management of Flanders Make, as well as to provide substantiated methods, frameworks and analytical insights to support strategic decision-making.
