Each contract concluded on the basis of the framework agreement is a service contract whose purpose is the performance of services relating to emergency interventions on the motorways managed by the Nivelles Motorway District, which include: - 24-hour availability, 365 days a year; - The installation of signage; - The removal of obstacles to restore normal traffic conditions; - Sweeping operations and/or removal of ordinary types of spilled loads; - The establishment of diversion routes; - The deployment and removal of “SMOG” signage; - The provision of a clearing vehicle during implementation of the “snow” plan; - The temporary and localized repair of road surface damage. - These services may take place every day of the year, during the day or at night, including weekends and public holidays.
