Each contract concluded on the basis of the framework agreement is a service contract whose purpose is the sweeping and drain cleaning of roads in the Florenville road district network. The services are carried out on roads belonging to network I, which are described in Annex 2 to these special specifications, as well as on roads in networks II and III.
