DE WOONBOOG is a social housing company with approximately 5,000 rental homes within its rental property portfolio. WOONBOOG's operating area is: Baarle-Hertog, Balen, Beerse, Dessel, Kasterlee, Lille, Mol, Oud Turnhout, Retie, Turnhout and Vosselaar. At the end of a tenancy, DE WOONBOOG sometimes decides to have the home THOROUGHLY cleaned before offering it for rent again. DE WOONBOOG is seeking, in the short term, an external partner to clean individual vacant homes within its rental property portfolio, between the end of the tenancy and reletting, and in accordance with the inventory and description in the technical provisions. This is for a fixed period of 2 years. The contract may be extended once for a period of 2 years. Procedure: open.
