The Framework Agreement concluded with ACAH is intended to designate a service provider with which a Framework Agreement will be concluded, under which the beneficiary Contracting Authorities (hereinafter PAB), listed below, may place Orders in accordance with the procedure defined in the Contractual Clauses and at the unit prices set out in the Tender. This is a multi-year Service Contract concerning the collection, transport, treatment and recycling of hospital waste for the benefit of the PAB, as well as the supply of drums and boxes intended for B2 waste, for the benefit of the PAB. Lot 1: Hainaut Region - Management and transport of non-hazardous waste: A waste + B1 waste + other waste (PMC, confidential papers, hollow glass, bio-organic waste, mattresses, wood, class 2 industrial works, residual waste, special waste, neon tubes, Polystyrene (Frigolites) Lot 2: Namur Region - Management and transport of non-hazardous waste: A waste + B1 waste + other waste (PMC, confidential papers, hollow glass, bio-organic waste, mattresses, wood, class 2 industrial works, residual waste, special waste, neon tubes, Polystyrene (Frigolites) Lot 3: Management and transport of hazardous waste (B2 waste) + hazardous waste containers (B2 waste) Lot 4: Management and transport of paper/cardboard/plastic packaging waste Procedure: open.
