The restoration and renovation of the Temple Building – Mutsaard campus The contracting authority does not provide for lots because, for structural and organizational reasons, the various parts must be carried out by one and the same contractor. The mandatory site visit will take place on the following dates (Article 3.9.9 of the specifications): - Wednesday, 17 December 2025 at 9:00 a.m. and - Wednesday, 14 January 2026 at 9:00 a.m. The technical provisions and the accompanying documentation/plans are attached in a separate appendix (zip) and form part of the tender dossier. Timing: the phasing and planning of the works must, after conclusion of the contract, be drawn up in mutual consultation with the contracting authority, taking into account the academic calendar.
