Opportunity description

Framework Agreement for the supply, factory testing and on-site delivery (incl. all accessories) of Aviation Warning Spheres for Elia. The tender comprises one lot and will be awarded to one active supplier. The contract duration is up to 8 years (4 + 2 + 2). Participation is restricted to economic operators established in the EU, GPA countries or countries having a relevant trade agreement with the EU covering this procurement. Lot 1 covers the supply, factory testing and on-site delivery of aviation warning spheres, including all required accessories, in diameters of 500 mm and 600 mm for Elia. The lot will be awarded to a single supplier. The framework agreement has a maximum duration of eight (8) years (4 + 2 + 2) and an estimated quantity of 10,500 spheres over its lifetime. The stated quantity is indicative only and does not constitute a purchase commitment. Elia reserves the right to order quantities up to 100% above the estimated volume stated here.
