Opportunity description

This contract concerns the supply of passive neutral point compensators intended to be installed on three-phase 3N400V low-voltage public networks. The function of this equipment is to limit neutral point displacement resulting from load or generation imbalances between the phases. They contribute to improving phase-to-neutral voltage balancing, reducing voltage differences between users connected to different phases, and maintaining the network's quality of supply. The compensators will be connected in parallel to the existing network and must operate in an entirely passive, continuous, and autonomous manner, without power electronics, without a control system, and without an auxiliary power supply. The proposed solutions may be based on zigzag-type magnetic coupling or on any equivalent passive technology capable of achieving identical performance in terms of neutral point stabilization and improved voltage balancing. The equipment must be suitable for continuous operation on low-voltage public networks, have a robust design compatible with outdoor installation, and meet the reliability, safety, dielectric strength, and resistance to environmental stresses requirements applicable to electrical distribution equipment. The expected performance relates in particular to limiting neutral point displacement, improving network voltage balancing, reducing voltage imbalances, and maintaining quality of supply under normal operating conditions.
