The subject of this contract consists of: - the further hardware rollout of submetering and new locations of water and energy meters and their integration into the EMS.; - the integration of new locations into the EMS upon moving in; - the provision of services through the hiring of time-and-materials profiles for energy management. (senior, mid-level, junior, entry-level, assistant/admin, intern/student); - the annual software licence for the EMS platform. The term of the framework agreement is initially 24 months (2 years), after which the framework agreement may be tacitly extended three times, each time for 24 months.
