Belgium – Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installation work – Framework agreement for HVAC IV contracting

Opportunity description

The Energy Efficiency Department of the Flemish Energy Company (hereinafter “veb”) offers various energy-saving and renovation solutions to support its customers and relieve them of administrative burdens. Through this Framework Agreement, veb aims to facilitate the renovation and optimization of HVAC and DHW installations in buildings and sites managed by or made available to Contracting Authorities, as further specified in § 2.1 Definitions. The climate objectives of the Flemish Government serve as guidelines in this regard.
