Belgium – Hire of buses and coaches with driver – Framework agreement concerning on-demand bus transport

Opportunity description

The public contract concerns a service contract within the meaning of Art. 2, 21° of the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016 relating to the passenger transport of ASOBV vzw. This public contract is primarily drawn up for passenger transport for the staff and the public of ASOBV vzw both domestically and abroad, more specifically: ● Staff transport (lots 1 and 3): ○ dancers, musicians, technical staff, ... from Opera Ballet Vlaanderen (hereinafter: ‘OBV’) ○ musicians, etc. from Antwerp Symphony Orchestra (hereinafter: ‘ASO’) ● Public transport (to and from performances) (lot 2): ○ from Opera Ballet Vlaanderen The services relate to the CPV codes: - 60172000-4: Hire of buses and coaches with driver. - 60100000-9: Road transport services. - 60170000-0: Hire of passenger transport vehicles with driver The contracting authority wishes to conclude a framework agreement based on the conditions included in these technical specifications. Concluding the agreement based on these specifications gives the selected tenderer neither an exclusive right nor does the contracting authority have any purchase obligation towards the tenderer to whom the public contract is awarded. It should be noted that multiple journeys may be organised per day. The tenderer shall indicate in the service provision how it will organise this.
