Opportunity description

The framework agreement establishes a framework that will serve as the basis for the award of future specific contracts (orders). The tenderer is expected to specify maximum prices based on bus size, number of kilometres and number of hours for which the bus is hired. For specific contracts, the price may never exceed these maximum prices. Naturally, the schedule is largely determined by the school calendar, so, subject to change, little to no bus transport will be required during the regular (Flemish) school holidays. The trips and pupil numbers stated in the procurement documents are examples of journeys from previous years. Since the needs and resources of the contracting authority may change, there is no guarantee whatsoever that these journeys will have to be carried out again; this is a historical overview. Both the number of pupils and the route (e.g. a different/new intermediate stop) may change. The dates of the journeys are also determined by the applicant, so even for the same annual journey, this could vary each year.
