Belgium – Information panels – Manufacture, supply and installation of posts, signs and stickers on the cycling and walking node-point networks in the Province of Hainaut

Opportunity description

The contract is divided into five lots: Lot 1: Supply of signs, posts and accessories for cycling node points; Lot 2: Installation of posts and traffic signs for the cycling node-point network; Lot 3: Supply of posts and markers for walking node points and accessories; Lot 4: Removal of obsolete route signs; Lot 5: Installation of posts and signs for the walking node-point network + accessories; - "Cycling" node-point networks Lots No. 1 and No. 2 ----------------- X-TraVel Mobility: Supply and installation of posts and signs ± 455 km in the municipalities of Charleroi still to be marked (Aiseau-Presles, Châtelet, Charleroi, Courcelles, Fleurus, Farciennes, Montigny-le-Tilleul, Pont-à-Celles) - "Walking" node-point networks Lot No. 3 ---------- Destination Terrils 2: Supply and installation of posts and signs The current node-point network passes near the slag heaps and associated points of interest; the planned marking would instead be supplementary: approach signage for the slag heaps and points of interest, GR marker, mountain-bike routes, for example. Surveys are under way on, towards and around the slag heaps that will be identified as priorities. Lots No. 3 and No. 5 ----------------- Destination Terrils 2: Supply and installation of posts and signs Field surveys are under way on, towards and around the slag heaps that will be identified as priorities, in the regions of Bernissart (Marais d’Harchies), Mons, La Louvière, Charleroi. Lots No. 3 and No. 5 ----------------- HENRIETTE: Supply and installation of posts and signs in the Plaines de l’Escaut (± 650 km) and Hauts-Pays (± 318 km) natural parks, the Municipalities of Enghien (± 70 km), Silly (± 90 km), Lessines (± 114 km), Comines (± 90 km), Brugelette (± 114 km) and Leuze (± 15 km). Lot No. 3 ---------- Parc Naturel du Pays des Collines: Supply of markers to update the WAPI walking network (± 350 km): replacement of the old markers by our technical department following the modification of the Walloon reference framework; see Annex 17 document). - "Removal of route markers" Lot No. 4 --------- INTERREG HENRIETTE: Removal of route markers in the Plaine de l'Escaut, Silly and Lessines areas. LOT No. 1 Cycling node-point network This lot consists of the production and installation of the following 5 types of markers: - Graphic design and production - One-direction, reassurance and approach marker (215 x 330 mm) - Graphic design and production - Two-direction marker (215 x 485 mm) - Graphic design and production - Three-direction marker (215 x 640 mm) - Graphic design and production - Four-direction marker (215 x 795 mm) - Graphic design and production - Additional "Danger" marker This marking will be G2000 type, type 1 film compliant with the Belgian standards in force, particularly Qualiroute type. Supply of posts: galvanized steel, height 200 cm, diameter 51 (price per metre), with mounting accessories Stickers: node-point numbers 1 to 99, arrows with and without numbers Two-colour printing on type 1 self-adhesive film compliant with the Belgian standards in force - Qualiroute (RA1 of NBN EN 12899-1) for road signs. LOT No. 2 Cycling node-point network This lot consists of: - Installation of a 51 mm diameter galvanized steel post - Installation of an extension on an existing 76 mm post - Installation of signs by banding onto a concrete post - Installation of signs using standard mounting on a 51 mm post Geographical area: Charleroi (8 municipalities) LOT No. 3 Walking node-point network This lot consists of the production and installation of the following 4 types of markers: - Graphic design and production - One-direction, reassurance and approach marker (115 x 115 mm) - Graphic design and production - Two-direction marker (115 x 215 mm) - Graphic design and production - Three-direction marker (115 x 275 mm) - Graphic design and production: Four-direction marker (115 x 325 mm) 3 mm Dibond signs, with UV and anti-graffiti protection, drilled at the 4 rounded corners – direct printing - Class 4 wooden posts with a square cross-section of 120 x 120 mm, height 2.50 m - Class 4 wooden posts with a square cross-section of 120 x 120 mm, height 1.65 m - Stainless-steel screws - Standard galvanized-steel clamps, diameter 76 mm - Standard 51 mm stiffening profile + extra-strong 10 cm double-sided tape - Standard 76 mm stiffening profile + extra-strong 10 cm double-sided tape - Supply of 76 mm extensions - Supply of 51 mm collars - Supply of 76 mm collars - Supply of Bandimex ½ - 30 m and fasteners - Stickers with node-point numbers 1 to 99 and arrows LOT No. 4 The selected company removes the unsuitable posts and removes and/or swaps the markers listed in the explanatory note on the subject. To be removed: mountain-bike, walking and equestrian markers To be retained beneath the new node-point marking: the specific markers (e.g.: sentier de l'amour, dog-friendly walk, etc.) During the field marking in the municipalities of Silly-Lessines, the Scarpe-Escaut natural park and Comines, the following is agreed: - If the post is valid, it is reused for the new marking; if route markers need to be removed, complete the "comment" field on the tablet -> removal of route markers / post status "in order" - If the post is no longer valid, place the orange cone on the post concerned, set the status to "is not present" - "place", and in the comment field enter "restore specific marking" LOT No. 5 Walking node-point network This lot consists of: - Installation of a 2.50 m-high wooden post in a concrete base cast in place - Installation of a 1.65 m-high wooden post in a concrete base cast in place - Installation of a 3 mm Dibond sign screwed onto a wooden post - Installation of a 3 mm Dibond sign glued onto a concrete post - Installation of a 3 mm Dibond sign on a galvanized post - Details of these markers are provided in the annex "THE MARKING GUIDE" Procedure: open.
