The contract concerns the execution of relighting works within the terminal buildings of Brussels Airport as part of the Lighting Obsolescence project. The contract mainly comprises the replacement of existing fluorescent light fixtures with new-generation LED light fixtures and the replacement of LED light fixtures that are reaching the end of their service life. The works will be carried out in phases by physical zone, taking into account the operational complexity of the airport environment and with the aim of improving the reliability, maintainability and energy efficiency of the lighting installations. The contract also includes ad hoc temporary relamping with LED tubes in zones where this is necessary pending the definitive relighting. The replacement of cabling and electrical panels/TDEs is not part of this contract. Procedure: neg-w-call.
