Taking out ‘Nail-to-nail’ insurance (All Risks type) for works of art in which the contracting authority has an insurable interest. The substance of the contract is further detailed in the technical annex. Four insurance policies must be drawn up for: - long-term loans; - temporary exhibitions; - occasional transport; - works of art owned by the KMSKA pending transfer to the Flemish Community.
