Opportunity description

As part of the development of its public transport network through the use of electric buses, TEC is seeking a high-performance Charge Management System (CMS) to optimize the management of the charging of its electric vehicle fleet (+/- 500 buses and several dozen light vehicles by 2030). The contract concerns the implementation of a CMS solution within TEC's IT ecosystem, as well as the provision of subscriptions and/or licenses with their corresponding maintenance. In other words, it involves the purchase of the necessary subscriptions and/or licenses, the implementation of the solution (implementation of the CMS by means of configuration, customization and development of the tool, on the one hand, and implementation of the necessary integrations with the other information systems that make up TEC's IT ecosystem), and the maintenance of a CMS solution, as well as any potential new requirements. The solution must meet TEC's operational, technical and financial needs while integrating effectively and efficiently into TEC's decarbonization program and its digital transformation plan, including its technical and architectural evolution.
