Purchase of equipment for instructional workshops in food trades This contract concerns the supply of a complete mobile self-service line intended for a training center in institutional catering. The line must allow: • the distribution of plated cold starters • the distribution of hot dishes in GN containers • the distribution of desserts • the distribution of heated plates • the distribution of trays and cutlery • the return and clearing of trays The entire system must be fully mobile to allow the equipment to be moved regularly to different training premises. This lot concerns the supply of cooking equipment intended for a training center in institutional catering. The equipment must allow: • steam, combination and convection cooking • assisted intelligent cooking • sous-vide and low-temperature cooking • large-volume cooking • rapid cooling and regeneration The equipment must come from professional product ranges intended for institutional, hospital or school catering. This contract concerns the supply of equipment in the institutional catering sector in order to offer advanced training to (future) workers in the sector.
