Garden maintenance contract This lot concerns the maintenance of the green spaces at all locations of De Medemens Kinderdagverblijven. The locations are; 1. De Droomvlucht - Antwerp 2. De Kinderdroom - Deurne 3. Het Toverbos - Merksem 4. Kameleon - Antwerp 5. 't Kinderkasteeltje - Deurne 6. 't Kinderpaleis - Deurne 7. 't Prinsesje - Antwerp The estimate does not take into account future expansions of the portfolio. In the event of an expansion, the contracting authority will contact the contractor for this lot exclusively. Lot 2 concerns the residential care centers known as South Region within De Medemens. It concerns the following homes; 1. De Zavel - Antwerp 2. Hollebeek - Antwerp 3. Sint Bavo - Wilrijk WZC Maria Boodschap also belongs to this region but is not included in this procurement due to long-term renovations. The estimate does take into account the possibility that this site may be ready earlier than anticipated. In that case, the contracting authority will contact the contractor for this lot exclusively. Sint Mathildis - Boechout The estimate does not take into account future expansions of the portfolio.
