Belgium – Lifts – Framework agreement for the supply + installation of lifts, renovation of existing lifts and maintenance of the entire lift portfolio

Opportunity description

We wish to conclude a maintenance contract for our existing lift portfolio, as the current agreement will expire. In addition to the maintenance of the existing lifts, we simultaneously wish to conclude an agreement for the renovation/modernisation of existing lifts that are end of life. This agreement is also intended to establish conditions in the event of new-build projects in which lifts must be provided. The contractor guarantees that it is fully authorised, trained and equipped to perform maintenance on all lift installations included in the inventory, regardless of the original make or type of control system.
