Opportunity description

The purpose of this contract is the acquisition of woodworking machines for educational purposes intended for Forem’s competence centers. The tenderer’s attention is drawn to the fact that this public contract is subject to compliance with the DNSH principle. The “Do No Significant Harm” principle (DNSH) aims to verify that projects do not cause significant harm to the European environmental objectives defined in the European Taxonomy Regulation (2020/852). The DNSH principle also aims to encourage investments and reforms aligned with the policies and strategies and environmental policies of the European Union. With this in mind, Forem requires the contractor to offer equipment that includes environmental considerations and complies with DNSH regulations.
