Opportunity description

In order to organize market and needs research efficiently, to a high standard and in a methodologically sound manner in the coming years, external expertise will be called upon through this framework contract. This contract includes, on the one hand, providing advice and carrying out analyses in the context of both planned and ad hoc market and needs research (Lot 1), as well as developing and maintaining databases and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making in the form of a Survey Tool (Lot 2). This is a framework agreement with one contractor. Lot 1: Research Services for Member and Market Research This lot includes support in the preparation, development and analysis of market and needs research. The contractor will provide expertise in the preparation of research designs, sampling frameworks and questionnaires, as well as in the execution and interpretation of analyses. Support is requested for a wide range of research types, including, but not limited to: campaign measurements, communication research, image research, audience research, customer satisfaction research, participation research, awareness research, employer branding and economic impact studies. Lot 2: Survey Tool for Member and Market Research The contractor is expected to provide at least the following services and functionalities: • an online survey tool accessible via desktop and/or smartphone; • the possibility for the beneficiary to independently create, program and send questionnaires; • the possibility to export data in common formats, including Excel, CSV and/or SPSS; Procedure: neg-w-call.
