Opportunity description

Through the present contract, the contracting authority wishes to conclude a multilateral framework agreement in accordance with Article 43 of the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016. This framework agreement must make it possible to award contracts within a short period for certain needs and products under the most advantageous conditions and in line with the latest developments. The subject matter of the contract concerns the supply of the following goods: injection needles, safety needles, syringes, insulin syringes, prefilled syringes, blood collection systems, and winged needles. Supply of injection needles for intravenous, intramuscular, subcutaneous, and intradermal applications. The specified sizes are those currently used. The needles offered must approximate these dimensions as closely as possible. Safety injection needles are equipped with a safety mechanism to prevent needlestick injuries. The specified dimensions are those currently used; the items offered must approximate these dimensions as closely as possible. Syringes are 3-part syringes. Other available volumes may be offered as an option. These syringes are intended for the administration of insulin and have minimal dead space. The insulin syringes are available with or without a needle. Prefilled syringes contain a sterile 0.9% NaCl solution for flushing IV catheters. User-friendly blood collection systems, between the vacuum tubes and the patient, with holder, blood collection needles, winged needles, and holder. The holder is non-sterile and preferably has a click system to enable a smooth and trouble-free release and is suitable for repeated use. Procedure: neg-w-call. Estimated value: 2,645,350 EUR.
