Belgium – Miscellaneous food products – supply of food: various foods & frozen foods

Opportunity description

The contract concerns the delivery, at least weekly and, if possible, two or more times per week per site, of various foods and frozen foods, with possible rapid supplementary deliveries in the event of stock shortages, at all MKL locations. This contract concerns the supply of the following product groups to the facilities of MKL vzw: cheese, dairy products, general food products, frozen foods, confectionery for vending machines. The tendering party must be able to supply all the above product groups. Some product groups will only be purchased to a limited extent. For these product groups, MKL vzw has concluded specific framework agreements. This framework agreement will serve as a back-up solution for these products. The term of this framework agreement is set at a period of four years and may be tacitly extended twice by one year. The contract commences on 1 January 2027. MKL vzw spends approximately €700,000 excluding VAT on these products annually. The purpose of this contract is to find a partner for the above-mentioned product categories from whom we can order at a good price/quality ratio (without guaranteeing exclusivity), with continuous support regarding choices to optimize the products to be used. Delivery locations: The products must be capable of being delivered daily (5 out of 7 days) to approximately 4 locations in the province of Antwerp.
