Belgium – Office cleaning services – Framework agreement for cleaning premises, windows and signs

Opportunity description

The contract covers the daily and periodic maintenance of the offices of Solidaris Oost-Vlaanderen. Washing the windows and window frames and cleaning the signs are also part of the requested services. The contract includes approximately 23 sites where cleaning is outsourced to the contractor. For these offices, the contractor provides a fixed cleaning program. In addition, approximately 13 offices are included where cleaning may be requested on demand. These are currently cleaned in-house by the contracting authority. The contractor may be called upon, for example, to replace a staff member of the contracting authority.
