Opportunity description

The purpose of this contract is the supply of energy. It is divided into three lots: Lot 1: Electricity from 100% renewable sources; Lot 2: Natural Gas; Lot 3: Renewable Natural Gas (Biomethane). Tenderers may submit a tender for all or part of the lots. Nevertheless, the contracting entity reserves the right to award only part of the lots, or none of the three, and to decide to relaunch it or them, if necessary, under another procedure without any tenderer being entitled to claim any compensation whatsoever on any grounds.
