A financial estimate was established for the 2 lots based on orders placed during the 2024 and 2025 financial years for the institutions, as well as the estimate forms completed by the members. These elements make it possible to assess the forecast requirements for the duration of the contract, set at 48 months. However, it may be terminated by either party on each anniversary date, subject to three months' notice sent by registered mail.
