Zone A, located between rue de Mons, Rue Saint-Jean and La Haine, presents extremely significant pollution, particularly involving organic compounds and pollutants in free-phase form, in the soil and groundwater. The rehabilitation will be carried out through the implementation of containment over the entire surface area of Zone A, the capture of groundwater through the installation of a hydraulic barrier, as well as the geotechnical stabilization of the bank of the Haine running alongside the site.
