In Annex H to these specifications, you will find a glossary intended to make the various terms relating to the services and supplies covered by these specifications clear and transparent. This contract is intended for all requesting Provincial Institutions and all ordinary Agencies of the Province of Hainaut, as well as members of the Province of Hainaut Central Purchasing Body that have indicated their wish to participate in this contract. The items concerned by this lot will consist solely of addressed and franked items. The client will have franked the postal items itself by the following means: - affixing proof of payment of the tariff remunerating the processing of the items by means of a franking machine and/or - placing the items in envelopes bearing a logo for the purpose of deferred payment and/or - an independent solution for sending parcels that do not fall within the franking methods described above. and/or - preparing its items for an addressed bulk mailing The client may either use the contractor's collection service to collect the items or deposit them at an access point or Post Office (depending on the contractor's available options). The client must therefore be able to: - load the credits required to use the franking machine through the contractor (or equivalent) - pay the contractor the tariffs remunerating the processing of items by deferred payment - separately pay the contractor the tariff remunerating the sending of small parcels - benefit from a tariff specific to addressed bulk mailings The purchase of envelopes and printing of the logo intended either for deferred payment for items or for postage paid by the client as recipient are the responsibility of the client and are not part of this contract. Printing clients' correspondence is not part of this contract. The contractor will also be responsible for sorting, transporting and distributing the addressed and franked items covered by this lot to their recipients. This lot concerns the collection, sorting, franking, transport/forwarding and distribution of postal items to their recipients. The stages of the postal process do not necessarily have to be performed cumulatively. The client will hand the unfranked postal items to the employee responsible for collection. The items concerned by this lot will consist solely of addressed and unfranked items. Under this lot, the client must be able to: - purchase stamps and/or pre-franked labels from the contractor - purchase pre-franked labels for sending parcels Procedure: open.
