This is a price-schedule contract “in which the unit prices of the various items are fixed and the quantities are estimated on the basis of the number of working days over the duration of the contract and the contracting authority’s occasional needs. The services, a description of which appears in Part B. of the specifications, mainly include welcoming visitors and managing the reception desk of the contracting authority’s building located at 60 Avenue Cortenbergh, 1000 Brussels.
