** CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT ** This contract concerns a multilateral framework agreement in which the terms and conditions of the services are agreed upon, which will be observed when carrying out subsequent contracts. The framework agreement creates a contractual framework for establishing the terms and conditions of individual contracts concerning waste collection and treatment carried out for Farys, the shareholders/partners of Creat and the participants of Creat Services. This procedure is being cancelled because the examination of the tenders submitted and the comments of the various tenderers revealed that they had implemented certain requirements in different ways, making the tenders received consequently difficult or impossible to compare. It is therefore advisable to revise the specifications so that submitted tenders can be assessed in a sufficiently uniform and transparent manner and to avoid differences in interpretation during the performance of the framework agreement. These adjustments relate, among other things, to: • Pricing; • Volumes of the requested containers; • Further clarification regarding certain principles concerning performance methods and invoicing, both in general and specifically for certain particular items. Adjusting these elements would constitute an essential modification of the contract, which is not permitted within the ongoing procedure. The ongoing procedure is therefore being cancelled and the framework agreement will be put out to tender again on the basis of revised specifications. Procedure: open.
