Framework agreement with an initial duration of 5 years, extendable once by 2 years and a second time by 1 year, concerning the management of security screening equipment, mainly comprising the following: • Ensuring a 24/7 presence on site to enable immediate first-line interventions. • Planning and carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on security screening equipment such as ETD, LED, WTMD and SAMD equipment (first and second line). • Planning and carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on X-ray scanners for staff and passenger baggage (first and second line). • Planning and carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on X-ray scanners for Out of Gauge (OOG) baggage (first and second line). • Carrying out interventions on HBS X-ray scanners and the central matrix system (first line). • Managing the inventory of spare parts owned by Brussels Airport Company (BAC). • Managing the inventory of operational consumables owned by BAC. • Carrying out first- and second-line interventions on all security screening-related field hardware (workstations, operator stations for both HBS and remote screening) within the System Engineering domain.
