The site currently includes a 73-bed retirement home, a serviced residence with 49 apartments, and a 56-place childcare center. Several schools are located adjacent to the site. The extension will include 50 additional beds in order to achieve a total capacity of 123 beds. • Lot 1 - Demolition, enclosed structural work, finishing, external works and coordination • Lot 2 - Special systems, all systems combined except nurse call • Lot 3 - Elevator • Lot 4 - Nurse call Procedure: open.
