Subject of these works: maintenance of unpaved roads, service years 2025–2028. Explanation: The municipality’s unpaved roads often serve different types of functions. Consequently, the same maintenance or layout is not desirable everywhere. The municipality has therefore distinguished between 3 categories of unpaved roads, each requiring different maintenance. Unpaved roads in categories A and B will be structurally addressed so that maintenance once every four years is sufficient for these roads. Unpaved roads in category C will not be structurally addressed. Annual maintenance is sufficient for these roads. The appendix contains the list of all unpaved roads, indicating their category. The municipality will draw up a multi-year plan for the structural maintenance of unpaved roads in category A and category B. This agreement concerns contracts that must be carried out by the tenderer each time upon the municipality’s request. The request will be made digitally (by email) (see also II.7). This contract comprises one lot. The total scope of the works is set out in the special specifications and the bill of quantities. These documents complement each other.
