Framework agreement for 5 years, with an optional extension of 2 x 1 year, for the supply, installation and maintenance of the municipal camera system and network and associated data-related services. Through this framework agreement, the city wishes to maintain and further expand the current camera network and enable it to grow with a view to the future through data-related services, including additional ANPR functionalities, speed measurement, image analysis, object detection and other new techniques that may become possible. This framework agreement is opened up to other authorities in the form of a central purchasing body (see Annex D). The total estimated value of this framework agreement is €15,000,000 including VAT. The inventory accompanying this dossier concerns the Kortrijk case and is used for the assessment of the award criteria. Procedure: neg-w-call.
