Each contract concluded on the basis of the framework agreement is a service contract whose purpose is cleanliness maintenance in the districts of the Luxembourg Roads Directorate: emptying waste bins, separate waste collection and various cleaning operations. The services are carried out on roads belonging to Network I, which are described in Annex 2 to these special specifications, as well as on roads in Network II. The services comprise preventive, condition-based and corrective maintenance (see glossary). See description. Procedure: open.
