Opportunity description

Rivierenland Fire Brigade Zone wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier for the purchase of management software for fire services, to support the following areas: 1. personnel management; 2. invoicing; 3. reporting on interventions; 4. management of assignments in the context of fire prevention; 5. training policy. The maximum implementation time for the management software is six months. The total duration of the contract is eight years. All conditions under which the framework contractor will perform the contracts, such as delivery periods, method of acceptance, penalties, payment and the like, are laid down in the framework agreement. After the conclusion of a framework agreement, specific contracts may be awarded subject to the conditions laid down in the framework agreement. Since it is impossible for the contracting authority to list the complete list of requirements in the inventory, the contracting authority reserves the right to order a related service from the selected service provider.
