The purpose of the contract is to provide services relating to the preparation of a strategic plan for the Walloon part of the Dyle river basin (the hydrographic sub-basins of the Dyle – including the Pisselet and the Train –, the Thyle, the Orne, the Lasne and the Nethen). The contract comprises 3 components, namely: - Component 1: preparation of a strategic plan for the Walloon part of the Dyle river basin (scientific report); - Component 2: preparation of a specific publication explaining the strategic plan to the general public; - Component 3: after-sales service.
