The subject of the contract is the provision of services relating to the technical inspection of the compliance of studies and renovation works on public housing with the requirements of the Social Climate Fund (FSC), including compliance with the DNSH principles, energy performance and decarbonisation, as well as fire safety. The service provider will be entrusted with a technical inspection assignment covering design and execution, including the theoretical and practical verification of the works to be carried out, with a view in particular to producing, at the end of the assignment, one or more final certificates, accompanied by all the required documentary evidence, demonstrating compliance with the objectives of the FSC programme, including compliance with the DNSH principles, energy performance and decarbonisation, as well as fire safety. In addition to inspection, the service provider will be an active partner of the other participants in anticipation and prevention, and in researching and developing solutions in response to specific project constraints or to events or contingencies requiring its adaptation. This assignment must enable the PAB, in their capacity as Contracting Authority, to prove that the project meets the objectives of the FSC programme, including compliance with the DNSH principles, energy performance and decarbonisation, as well as fire safety, by ensuring their regular inspection and the document management of the evidence file.
