Opportunity description

This framework agreement concerns vocational training services (CPV code 80530000-8). These services consist of the organization and certification of the components of the training module in the pedagogy of primary education or lower secondary education for holders of the upper secondary education teaching qualification and holders of a university-level diploma supplemented by the certificate of pedagogical aptitude or the certificate of intermediate technical normal courses. This training must comply with the training plan (content, objectives, skills to be acquired, target audience) (Annex I) as described in the technical specifications of these special tender specifications. It must be organized and certified outside the normal operating periods of educational establishments. The services include the training itself (design and delivery), certification of the training (design and implementation of the certification), management of any internal appeals concerning the decision resulting from the certification, as well as ancillary services such as: - drafting the reasoned certification reports and transmitting them to candidates who have taken the examinations; - providing teaching materials to each participant; - maintaining an attendance list of participants and sending it to the IFPC; - transmitting an online evaluation link as part of a paperless evaluation of the training; - drafting evaluation and performance reports and sending them to the contracting authority; - finding, renting or making available premises intended to adequately accommodate training participants; - making the necessary teaching equipment available to participants.
