The public procurement includes: 1. Supply, installation and warranty maintenance of supplied and installed new and unused air conditioners with a capacity of 12 000 BTU and technical characteristics as follows: Refrigerant R 32; Type: Wall-mounted, inverter, energy efficiency class for cooling/heating: minimum A+, operating temperature from – 10 °C or lower to + 40 °C or higher, noise level of the indoor unit at maximum fan speed < 45 dB, power supply – 230 V, 50 Hz, SEER (seasonal cooling coefficient) minimum 5.5, SCOP (seasonal heating coefficient) minimum 3.5; warranty maintenance within the warranty period – minimum 24 (twenty-four) months – unconditional and not binding the Contracting Authority to additional costs; number of air conditioners planned for supply: 289 units; 2. Supply, installation and warranty maintenance of supplied and installed new and unused air conditioners with a capacity of 18 000 BTU and technical characteristics as follows: Refrigerant R 32; Type: Wall-mounted, inverter; Energy efficiency class for cooling/heating: minimum A+; Operating temperature from – 10 °C or lower to + 40 °C or higher; noise level of the indoor unit at maximum fan speed < 45 dB; Power supply – 230 V, 50 Hz; SEER (seasonal cooling coefficient) minimum 5.5; SCOP (seasonal heating coefficient) minimum 3.5; warranty maintenance within the warranty period – minimum 24 (twenty-four) months, unconditional and not binding the Contracting Authority to additional costs; number of air conditioners planned for supply: 5 units; 3. Supply, installation and warranty maintenance of supplied and installed new and unused air conditioners with a capacity of 24 000 BT and technical characteristics as follows: Refrigerant R 32, Type: Wall-mounted, inverter; Energy efficiency class for cooling/heating: minimum A+; Operating temperature from -10 °C (or lower) to +46 °C (or higher); Noise level of the indoor unit at maximum fan speed ≤ 48 dB; Power supply – 230 V, 50 Hz; SEER (seasonal cooling coefficient) minimum 5.5; SCOP (seasonal heating coefficient) minimum 4.0; warranty maintenance within the warranty period – minimum 24 (twenty-four) months, unconditional and not binding the Contracting Authority to additional costs; number of air conditioners planned for supply: 6 units. All possible delivery addresses are within the territory of Sofia City Province. Performance of the public procurement is carried out in 3 stages, with the Contractor supplying and installing 100 air conditioners in each stage. Staged performance is carried out within the overall term of the contract—up to 18 months from its conclusion. The commencement of performance of the 1st stage, and respectively of the overall term of the contract, shall be deemed to be the Contractor's receipt of notification that financing has been secured, information on the place/places of supply and installation (allocation) among the structures of the Sofia Directorate of Interior, and submission of a performance guarantee. Supply and installation of the equipment for the stage shall be carried out within up to 80 days from the date of submission of the performance guarantee. The commencement of performance of each subsequent stage shall be deemed to be the Contractor's receipt of an order from the Contracting Authority containing information on the place/places of supply and installation (allocation) among the structures of the Sofia Directorate of Interior. The order for each of the stages (2nd and 3rd stages) shall be sent no earlier than 60 and no later than 100 calendar days from acceptance of the performance of the preceding stage. On the basis of mutually declared readiness for performance, performance may also be ordered earlier. Supply and installation of the equipment for the stages (2nd and 3rd stages) shall be carried out within up to 80 days from receipt of the complete order (order and information on the place/places of supply and installation (allocation) among the structures of the Sofia Directorate of Interior).
